Welcome to the ‘24/’25 school year, a new season (hurray for fall)!
We are back with so much to tell you about our very productive summer.
Some of you are just joining us now- a warm welcome to all new subscribers!
Others have been waiting for the third installment of
breathtaking personal transition and detransition epic. Read Part 1 and Part 2 and stay tuned for Part 3, coming soon! Before we tell you about our summer, permit us to share a hit piece that came out just this week. The author, who seems to be a left-leaning progressive activist, had previously gone after the good doctors at Urgency of Normal and team behind the Norfolk Group.
So, Restore Childhood is in excellent company- could we be hitting a nerve? While the article was intended as a hit piece, we kinda loved it. Read it for yourselves here.
We have so more to share- we are finishing our school closures documentary 15 Days - coming soon! Our gender toolkit is making its way around the world - we have heard from parents from Canada, Portugal, New Zealand, Australia and across the United States. The toolkit has been downloaded thousands of times and we have been asked to create international versions (stay tuned!).
In July we attended Parents Defending Education’s Washington DC Fly-in. It was a great opportunity for a screening and thoughtful conversation around Eli Steele’s documentary KILLING AMERICA about the erosion of merit, creeping antisemitism and illiberalism in a prestigious Northern California school district. Watch the film here.
August was a whirlwind! Natalya participated as a panelist for Genspect’s ROGD Awareness Day in the Chicago area which brought child advocates from around the country together for just one day. Read more about it here.
Over Labor Day, we premiered our new documentary trailer at the annual Moms for Liberty Summit in Washington D.C., where we met with parents from around the country who shared similar concerns about the state of our decrepit education system and the stranglehold it has on our children's psychological and educational well-being. We left energized by the thriving parent movement that has come together since the lockdowns.
Next week, Restore Childhood will join the Genspect/Global Population Health Summit in Lisbon for a panel on “Sustaining Public Health through Science, Education & Family Values.” We are excited to join leading thinkers from around the world who will come together to restore sanity to gender medicine and help protect children.
Thanks for reading this extra-long post (next one will be shorter!) We fight for kids every day. But we can’t do this work without your support, so if you can, please consider becoming a paid subscriber.
lol. You are definitely doing “hit pieces” wrong if the target of your piece loves it and shares it! But I can see why this piece is worth sharing—it confirms that Restore Childhood had been right about so many things and willing to stand up for kids time and again.
A badge of honor to love and cherish. Print it out and put it on your fridge.
