Jenin Younes Talks about Suing the Biden Administration
Washington D.C Constitutional Lawyer on Protecting the First Amendment
A few weeks ago, on a bright & sunny day, Stephanie & I drove down from NYC to Washington D.C. to meet Jenin Younes, an attorney with a civil liberties firm, who had recently won a partial victory against the Biden Administration for pressuring tech companies to censor authors of the Great Barrington Declaration and others for their differing views on Covid-19. Jenin’s court victory granted her the discovery process, where documents showing the extent of the censorship would be shared with the public.
We met Jenin at the U.S. Supreme Court steps and spoke to her about why the First Amendment must be protected and what this case could mean for the U.S. We continued our conversation at the NCLA Legal offices and will be releasing highlights from our conversation on our YouTube channel soon (also featuring it in our documentary). Jenin has just written about the case for Tablet and offered to introduce it to our #RestoreChildhood readers.
Thanks for reading & please share this story, which is getting very little media coverage, widely!

“Americans were led to believe early on in the pandemic that restrictions such as school and business closures were advisable and necessary. But in fact, many scientists, doctors, and others vehemently opposed such measures, especially school closures, predicting devastating learning loss and deprivation of socialization that would undoubtedly scar many children for years if not permanently.
These critics warned that poor and underprivileged children would be the most harmed, and as we now know, they were right. The reason Americans did not hear these dissenting voices is that the media and well-known government officials such as Dr. Anthony Fauci made a concerted effort to silence them. Not only were they slandered, but Dr. Fauci and others used their clout to get social media companies (as well as mainstream media outlets) to censor their messages and ensure that their perspectives were not heard. The extent of this censorship campaign was not known until recently, and you can read more about it here and watch an excerpt from my interview here.” - Jenin Younes
I honestly hadn't heard of this story before we were prepping for the interview. It's up to us to spread the word!
